Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth (or downgrade) anytime by contacting our team. Plan changes take effect from the start of your next billing month.
You can request extra posts at any time. Extra posts are billed at ₹110 per post on Starter and ₹99 per post on Growth. There's no minimum — add as many as you need.
Connected platforms are the social media accounts Feedlix publishes to on your behalf. Starter connects to 2 platforms (e.g. Instagram + Facebook). Growth connects to 3. You choose which platforms to link after we connect with you.
A comment reply draft is a suggested response to a customer comment, written by Feedlix in your brand's tone. You review and approve it before it gets posted. Starter includes 2 drafts per post; Growth includes 4. You can purchase extra drafts if you need more.
Expert calls are 30–45 minute sessions with a Feedlix strategist. You review last month's performance — what worked, what didn't — and align on the direction for next month's content. They're practical and to the point, not generic marketing lectures.
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can contact us anytime to change or cancel your plan; access continues until the end of the billing period.
